opinions wanted 0.02 q wave in v2-v3 how significant is that .

Hi guys, I am just wondering how serious is a 0.02 q wave in leads v2 and v3 ?
Especially if the patient in question has been working hard to control sugars, which are well controlled, and is looking into a cardiologist appointment but is petrified in the mean while.
