I listened to this podcast. Seems like the narrator didn’t get much input from IVF doctors about the process. What you all think about this? Do egg retrievals normally involve sedation. My 2 min YouTube and Google search showed examples of retrievals without sedation….just local.
Anyway, horrible how things went down there.

My wife had 2 egg retrievals, one in SC and one in NJ. Both times she was sedated.
