NYS Dental License by Endorsement

Has anyone received their license this way? If so, were you from outside the US? I’m a Canadian dentist looking to move for my partner’s job.

How long did it take you from time of application to approval? Especially since all the items have to be snail-mailed and from different institutions as well…

Any insight or other tips about this process are appreciated! Thank you
