Hello all NYCOM students; I'm a first year student coming from Binghamton, NY who is looking for a roommate. I'm 22/male. I already put down a deposit on a fully furnished cottage on the beach in Bayville, about 8 miles from campus. Now i'm just looking for someone to live with.
Cost is 625 per month (includes most utilities besides heating in winter). The place is located in a nice neighborhood on a private road along the Long Island Sound, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, study room, full bathroom, patio with grill, satellite tv, internet.
