Just thought I would throw this in here after having a chat with my staff rph today...
some advice for P1s and P4s should they come by....
P1--get out if you want to do retail, its not worth it if you are at P1. get out if you do not have a growth mindset that can rake you in 200k salary pretty quickly after graduation (industry,california, director,DM)
P4--you are desperately needed in the workforce for many rural areas, retail and hospital. The pay you can negotiate has never been better in at least 15 years. (I can now get 155-165K retail offers issued in less than 48 hours--For "decent" rural locations. If you are in CA with overtime I think new grads can crack that 200k first year out if they hustle. Many BFE communities lack enough pharmacists.
No matter what study up on PSLF and use it to your advantage.
