15000 signed a petition; 85 presented a "consensus" ----> (A group of 85 pharmacists, employers, schools and colleges of pharmacy, regulators, and pharmacy organizations from diverse practice perspectives has agreed to a set of 50 recommendations to address pharmacist well-being and resilience, develop strategies to decrease moral distress and burnout, and outline steps to guide organizations and individuals going forward. Visit Enhancing Well-Being and Resilience Among the Pharmacist Workforce: A National Consensus Conference to read the recommendations. )

Lots of powerful "should"s in this report... :(

No mention of too many pharmacy schools, and no mention that employers use the surplus and the threat of unemployment and student loan default to circumvent the "should"s...

Should is a child's word; where are the adults and the law!!!

Reminds me of when I was in APhA as a student and we wrote policies. There were a lot of position statements and "shoulds" but no actions to ensure that these things actually happen.

Is this another one of things where they basically say employers should be good employers and staff should be good staff?

Is it a conspiracy if you can prove with evidence? Haha Moon landing, 9/11, pearl harbor, globe earth... etc. Truth hidden in plain sight. Yet, no one cares. Why? Bc we are distracted by frivolous things such as the avengers lol or the politicians or trump haha

These BS petitions are just a way to throw us a bone so we can keep quite and keeping on hoping that things will change when those in power and making money off of our misery can keep on reaping the benefits.

Just like they keep on entertaining the idea if going to mars or back to the moon, these changes for the betterment of pharmacists will never happen. There is too much money involved in order for them to change so that we can have a better life.

Unless these resolution are pushed on the BOPs they are just words on a paper. Perhaps it might be better to send to the governors since they appoint BOPs?

Without any commitment from employers and no form of enforcement, this is just a bunch of empty words and a waste of time.
