Neurosurgery - Grand Rounds Topic Ideas?

I'm on a nuerosurgery sub-i right now and have to give a 20 minute presentation during grand rounds on any "neurosurgery" topic.

Any ideas on some cool physiatry things they might like to hear, or I could open their eyes to?
