Navy residencies ??

Just a question for my naval and or military uperclassmen:

What are the most- and least- competitive residencies in the navy consortium program?

Im still undecided as far as specialty so I'm trying to gauge what the options are out there. Also, are there any particular hard vs. easy to get internship year slots? thanks
