Just treated a lady for a failed SIJ fusion. Wish I would’ve gotten ahold of her before the functional neurosurgeon did.
what was her diagnosis and how'd you end up treating her?

Really ? You’ve been quite opposed to SIJ fusion in the past.
I’m going with an open mind. I have one patient who has a failed fusion with broken screws. I can’t get anyone to take those screws out and maybe this is something I can do to fix her problem.

oh you arent being sarcastic?

i stand corrected!

lobel is going to turn in to a KOL!

I thought Steve was serious by his post.

Steve also disparaged DRG for years….before getting DRG trained, and PRP, but he will now mention PRP sometimes.

Steve, just giving you a hard time, but glad you’re considering some newer options.

Small right foraminal disc. Better temp with a SNRB. Eventually sent for foraminotomy and now much better

Nevro has SIJ fusion? I missed something

Nevro bought Vyrsa. They have Nevro1 (intra-articular titanium cage), Pro (a bone graft wafer) and Fix (lateral screws).

Yes. Can’t hurt to know stuff.
