Yeah, the trap is, non-compete or not, 200 other pods already work in the city.. and 2000 will work there for less pay just to pay their debt or be in the city they want to be in.

Most owners won't love a DPM leaving and taking some of the pts nearby or going to work for a competitor, but they can definitely sleep ok knowing they'll get 100 apps for any decent paying or decent location podiatry job (300-500+ apps if hospital or MSG podiatry job or high paying one).
