I'm trying to apply to an Australian school this year. What is considered a safe MCAT score to be competitive? If there is anyone from the States who is already in an Australian school, do you think you can let me know what your scores were in my private message box? I'm trying to decide whether I should take the MCAT again. Please help me out.

Wait- is the MCAT used in Australia? I thought it was primarily a US thing.

I could be wrong!

From what I've read, 30+ puts you in decent shape. In past years people have gotten in with scores that are quite low, like 26, however, it seems like it's getting more competitive as more people think of it as an option.

Cheers

You're right. It's a devious ploy by Australian universities to lure American International dollars... I mean students ;)
