Lower extremity questions on NBDE?

Are there any anatomy lower extremity questions on NBDE part I? I checked the list of topics tested on the NBDE from the ADA website and it does not list lower extremity under anatomy.

So basically what I'm asking is can topics not listed by ADA appear on the exam. For example parasites is not listed so there should be ZERO questions on parasites?
