Position Wanted Looking for a PGY1 or physician position anywhere in the World

Dear everyone,

I've come to the conclusion that I might need to work or train as a physician someone else in the world while I wait for next year's match. Aside from looking for the few or no PGY1 spot, does anyone know of any English speaking countries that take the USMLE (New Zealand, Qatar, UAB) or has a relatively easy medical licensure process?

Any help would be appreciated?

I was wondering about ACGME-I institutions. Can you come back to the US and practice medicine without doing the same residency if you are trained at these places?

I got a call back from ACGME-I. Even though they are accrediting residencies in Singapore, Lebanon, Qatar, UAE- they are not equivalent to ACGME residencies.
