I need a good assessment that measures: executive management/leadership/supervisory skills.

I already know of the NEO, 16PF, Big Five, Meyers, and 360s

Anything else that really measures the constructs above in straightforward ways?

Are you talking about trait type measures or behavioral/competency type measures? Or a mixture of both?

The CPI-260 has an executive macro scoring system that measures the constructs I am interested in.
