IMG applying Pediatrics/Child Neurology - How competitive am I?

Hello everyone,

I am a non-US IMG applying this cycle to Pediatrics & Child Neuro 5 year programs along with some Pediatrics programs. I just love Child Neuro and want to know how competitive I am; would I match top/mid/low tier programs or not match?

My stats:
Step 1, 2 CK in 250s, Step 2 CS 1st pass.
I just graduated, I am trying to get the ECFMG certificate.
