I don't know the test day of NBDE 1 before registration

I have take the exam NBDE 1 in 2008, but I failed. So I am going to re-take the NBDE 1.

In 2008, I could know the test day in ADA site before registration, however, I am

unable to know the test day now.

Should I pay the test fee in order to know the test day??
