Ok, so I was given the name of one of the doctors doing research in otolaryngology, and I just felt that i didnt go about approaching asking him about research very well. I think maybe he was surprised i was at the end of my M3 year (maybe he wanted an M1) But since ENT is so new to me, he is like what are you interested, i said "im new at this, but id be interested in anything, or willing to help out on any projects, maybe ones you have had students help out in the past" I have never done any research, and i dont want them to think im doing this as a cookie cutting things. Basically, he said "im really busy with patients right now, ill call or email you later with some projects" I think that was fine, but any tips would be great thanks!
