If you are coming from a top 10 internal residency program, how important is your fellowship school/hospital's rank? I specifically am interested in cardiology, but I am unsure how heavily I should be weighting a WashU or UPenn program compared to BIDMC? If I plan on living in the northeast area post-fellowship, is having my fellowship from a Boston school more important than rank or vice versa? Thanks for any input!
