They don't really care as long as you get your liscence.

If you're interested in California, just a small note that CA has their own pharmacy board exam -- different from the NAPLEX. It is supposedly tougher -- and the passing rate for CA pharm graduates (who supposedly went thru programs geared for the CA exam) is still around the 60%-80%.
