Anyone done a good review or used one of these?

Not that I'm a cardiologist, but for most people it is not worth it. If you do a cardiology elective, very few cardiologist own an electronic stethoscope. It provides a very minor advantage compared to standard stethoscopes.

The only real benefit is:
1. If you want to record murmurs for teaching or for your own education.
2. If you're deaf.
3. You want to show off.
