I'm taking Step 2 TOMORROW!! And need a favor.

First Aid and Secrets say the most accurate ultrasound to assess fetal age is at 16-20 weeks.. but NMS says ultrasound gets less accurate as pregnancy progresses and that the most accurate is at 10 weeks. Blueprints says people "typically" get u/s at 16-20, but it doesn't say it's the most accurate.

What's the answer?? I'm going with whatever you tell me!!

Thanks..

Most accurate is during first trimester because that is when one can determine crown rump length best, the later on during pregnancy U/S becomes less accurate. Good luck!!!
