I am an Rph in Michigan and thinking of adding TX and Cali state licensure. Is this a wise idea?

Id say if you lived on a boarder state its worth it. Anything south add due to semi/retirement. Other than that...only add on where you think you may want to live.

Cali is a complete wasteland for pharmacists jobs. Not worth the effort to take the CPJE, in my opinion.

Do you plan on moving to CA or TX? If not then why?

Everywhere is a wasteland. Anything good is via word of mouth

Where there are actual job openings, do you even want to move there?

California makes you the the CPJE exam which has over a 50% failure rate. It takes about 5 months to get licensed in CA if you pass the test.
