GW vs Medstar Washington Hospital Prelim Med

Hi all!

I am trying to determine which prelim year I should rank higher: Medstar Washington Hospital vs George Washington University (GW).

Wash Hospital seemed more busy but happier schedule and residents
GW seemed like they worked you harder but I liked the program director more and the hospital was nicer, more organized, etc.

As a prelim med, which would you put first and why. Going into radiology.
