I will be a Geriatrician by Jan 2009 . I came to know that there are some non std fellowships like Geri Endo/Geri Cards /Geri Nephro . Are they reserved for specialists in Endo/Cards/Nephro respectively or can a Geriatrician pursue them as well ?

Any knowledge of currently non standardzed fellowships like Geri Endo ? Can I do that after FM plus Geriatrics ( having passed CAQ in Geriatrics after completing a fellowship in it ) .
