1 open position for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship for July 2024 here at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. This would be ideal for a PGY 3 or 4 Psychiatry who developed a late interest in Child Psychiatry after the recruitment season began.
We are affiliated with New York Medical College, and some of the features of our program include:
• Diverse patient population from urban, suburban, and rural areas (Situated 20 miles north of New York City)
• Working with patients across all treatment settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, Pediatric Hospital, Residential, and School
• Separate inpatient units for children and adolescents
• Knowledgeable, dedicated, and enthusiastic faculty (in a size that allows for development of personal attention and relationship building with 10 Attendings and total of 6 fellows)
• Protected didactic time
• No night or weekend call.
