Hey everyone,

I'm applying for fellowship and was wondering how far back is everyone going in listing their volunteer or work experiences?
Also, is it safe to say that presentations that we give in residency should not be included in the app (eg Grand Rounds or other presentations that every one in the program does)?

Thanks!

I had a handful of experiences during medical school that I kept on my application, but used them to create a picture--I wanted to do something in education, so included the educational things in med school that I did. Also humanism.

There seems to be a wide variety of what people include for lectures--I saw one applicant list every single presentation they had done, including like chalk talks to their team (rather than residency or hospital wide things). I think I listed the bigger lectures (not case conferences, but lectures to the residents yes).
