since in most dental residencies one pays a tuition,if one sign up for the FAP will they pay your tuition as well as pay you the FAP stipends?

from what I understand, if you choose a specialty you get paid per the specific rank that you are (at least an O-3, but most likely and O-4 by the time you are done with the residency) while in school, they pay for the training as well
