Extension class - "no transcript needed"

I have 3 different institutions listed on my AACOMAS application and one of them is an UC Extension. I have done the transcript entry for all three of them but in the transcript section it says "A Transcript is not required" for the Extension - does anybody know why?

I am currently still in the progress with the class I am taking there, is this the reason it says that?

I submitted a separate transcript for my extension course so pretty sure it's necessary.
