I've been experimenting with my own heart condition and have determined that it is possible for me to stress my heart back into a sinus rhythm during VT simply by momentarily increasing my blood pressure. I simply suck in a very deep breath, bend over as far as I can, and squeeze my diaphragm while keeping my airway closed to create pressure. This has worked 100%. My question is, is this a commonly known thing? All internet searches for such a technique have come up empty thus far. Any questions or comments, feel free to email. [email protected]
