"Hey! I am Preston, a second-year med student and I have a room open at my 3BR/3BA house, a 12 min drive away from Duke/UNC! Rent is $600/month everything included (internet, water, electric, gas). The room will is available from May 9- July 31. Room can come furnished upon request.

The other roommate and I are both very laid back and most weekends we grill food. We're both medical students so we are usually gone most of the day, so you will practically have the place to yourself! Neighborhood is super safe and there is a running trail behind the house.
