I was looking into buying a dsm-IV pocket book and found 2 very simiar ones-
Quick Reference to the Diagnostic Criteria from DSM-IV-TR
by American Psychiatric Association
and
Desk Reference to the Diagnostic Criteria From DSM-IV-TR
by American Psychiatric Association, Michael B. First (Introduction)
From what I can tell, they are about the same size and simiar in content. One is spiral bound and the other isn't. Is this the only difference or can someone tell me if I am missing something? Thank you! Also, does anyone have recommendations for books to get for someone going into psych? Thanks!
