The med students at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine are running 225-miles across Long Island to increase awareness about osteopathic medicine and garner funds for Parkinson's Disease research. The race will conclude on June 12, 1999 at NYCOM and culminate in a community health fair and launch a 3-part lecture series on Parkinson's Disease.
