Position Swap Dermatology pgy2 switch for next year: cool city in the south for West coast

I am currently an intern and will be starting dermatology at a great institution in a great city in the southeast next July. However, due to family, I would really like to switch positions for somewhere on the west coast, including the Pacific northwest.
