Dental Experience: My title or their title?

So this question was asked back in 2007 and I've looked at the instructions on AADSAS as well as the FAQ's. The instructions seem to mention that we put our supervisor's title for dental experiences. But then the FAQ kind of alludes that we should be listing our title. So what do I list for "title"??

I called AASDAS and they said it's your position title.
