Some of the schools you've listed have much higher average GPA's and DAT's than what you have (Columbia(23.9AA/3.75GPA), Harvard(24.3AA/3.89GPA), UPenn(22.4AA/3.75GPA), UPacific(22.2AA 3.57GPA) they would definitely be reach schools and challenging to get in with your DAT score and GPA, especially being a bio major and the 18 on the DAT might hurt you a little. And as an NC resident, you should also apply to East Carolina University as they only accept in-state students from NC and probably have the best chances of applying in-state.
However, your ECs sound amazing and if your upward trend is high enough I'm sure that will get some looks from the committee. Best of luck on your journey!
