So my exam got canceled and I can't "reschedule or schedule" a new test date under the same Eligibility ID that Prometric emailed me with days after. It's the same ID #s but whenever I try to sign-in I get a "The eligibility ID does not exist or has already been used." Has anyone had any luck rescheduling? I've found a couple of seats in June in the next state over but I'm afraid they'll be gone before you know it. And since Prometric's phones are essentially nonexistent, I'm hoping someone here might have the answer.
