Current Pain Fellow looking at AK, ID, MT, UT, WY

Hello All,

Current pain fellow at a well-regarded New England program looking to return to my mountain west home. Specifically looking at AK, ID, MT, UT, WY but would be open to PNW as well. Open to any and all suggestions/groups people may know of.

Also open to insight senior members may have about the job search process. Compared to the plethora of anesthesiology jobs currently available, it seems pain is a bit tighter.
