CREOG clearinghouse

Can anyone comment on the programs that currently have PGY-2 positions posted on CREOG clearinghouse? At present, those programs would be:

• John Peter-Smith Hospital-Fort Worth, TX
• University of Arizona - Tucson, AZ
• University of Utah Hospital: Salt Lake City, Utah
• University of Texas Medical Branch- Galveston, Texas
• Univ of Oklahoma COM- Tulsa, OK
• University of California Riverside- Riverside California

I know beggars can't be choosers, but the potential reasons for having an opening make me a little nervous. Any input would be great.
