I have seen a few 1 year CAQ (I assume that means Certificate of Added Qualifications) associated with CCM. Are these valid fellowships? I guess you probably could not sit for cert boards with this but would it give you some added clout say as a hospitalist (i.e. able to work in a closed ICU if you had this qualification)
