Asking about GME programs available for IMG other than residency programs

Non-US IMG
ECFMG certified (230s - 240s) - temporary ECFMG certification through pathway 1 for one year
no USCE - no home country residency
Applied to Paeds residency match - no IVs
Are there any opportunities for GME training for 1-2 years (fellowships that don't require residency training - even non-accredited)?
