We also need to ask ourselves some questions as well:

Is med education too long? Is it necessary to go school for 11 yr to be a PCP?

Does psych residency need to be 4 yrs? Will a 3 yr psych residency yield a vastly inferior product?

Should GI/Card/hem-onc be 5-yr integrated programs?

@Goro, I saw some reddit post a while back showing that adverse outcome data isn't mandated reporting for non-physician/dentist practitioners. I would think that this would make validity of a retrospective study be called into question.
How could this possibly be true??? That would imply midlevels could literally murder patients and get away with it!
