I applied for my HPIP bonus through the online system (RCMS Education and Incentives self-service site) last May, and it was recently canceled. I corresponded with the AMEDD Incentives Program Manager at Bragg, who informed me that the system has no way of verifying credentials for any Army Reserve physician in an IMA billet, so no bonuses can be approved. She stated that hopefully it will be corrected by second quarter 2021. When I asked her if there was any alternative application process, she stopped responding to me. I'm not real sure what to do at this point. My finance office and command are clueless and now the people in charge of this problem are ignoring me. Anybody else in this situation? Anybody have any advice?
