Applying to different programs in the same hospital system

Hi, so im wondering how dangerous is it ACTUALLY to apply to different programs in the same hospital system.
So if I apply to IM and FM in the same hospital system, how bad is it in real life. They ant reject me point blank because of that, can they?

What if the PD are different for each of them in the same hospital. I highly doubt they will notice if the same name shows up in the thousands of applicants...

Other than that, can I get flagged or disqualified from the match if I do that?
