Apply for md/phd... Just AAMCAS? and Secondaries?

I got one set of seperate MD/PHD program applications from the one med school near me.
Should i request the forms from the otheres schol i'm applying to or jsut wait for Amcas to tell them i'm intrested and then wait?
I'm confused.

One rule to live by in this application process is to never wait for Amcas to do anything. You'll find that many schools have their MSTP secondaries online, others will tell you that if they like you they'll send you a web address where you can fill them out online. For the rest, go ahead and request them from the MSTP offices.
