What do they mean by weeks?
When you list the start date to end date, isn't that already giving how long you did it for?
Lets say I was in a Lab for a year, that would be 52 weeks?
Is it Redundant or is it just to calculate how many hours you did it for overall?

It's just for them to understand a time frame. So yes, if you did it for exactly a year put 52 weeks and the hours per week.
