Anyone need help writing review articles/book chapters?

I know this is random but I have e-mailed a few faculty with no luck so thought I'd ask on here since I know some people here have multiple projects going. I have free time and no publications so thought I'd ask, hope this doesn't come off the wrong way just would like to start contributing to the field as a medical student. If anyone has advice for a better way to get such projects without being annoying would love to hear it. Thanks!
