Alternative to iBooks iPadOS app?

Not sure if I'm in the right forum but aparently I can't google this all that well... I was used to Moon+ Reader on Android but seems there's no such thing for iPadOs. I just want something that shows me a collection of PDF books, opens them in full screen and allows easy anotation. Notability would work for me if it had the chapter bookmarks etc but I don't hink it does. iBooks (Books) it's a bit weird to use, especially the anotation part.

Wondering what you guys might use?

I really like pdf expert, it has a homepage that shows all of your books and allows you to annotate them (though the annotating isn’t as good as notability or goodnotes)

Bought PDF Pro 3 which is nice for reading but not great for anotating. I now settled with goodnotes that has everything I want. Thank you!
