50/50 Anesthesia ICU Academic Midwest Mid Size City

50% ICU and 50% OR. Can choose to be week on / week off for ICU or a mixed bag of shifts. 2 weeks anesthesia every month can be general, simple cardiac, OB, neuro, vascular, thoracic, bread and butter peds, acute pain if preferred. + Vacation/CME = up to 19 weeks off a year. Great Hours, good pay, great benefits, decent city, great cost of living, overall very good life. Most people that come seem to stay forever. PM me for more info.

What ICUs do you all cover? 24/7 responsibility for ICU? Residents. Fellows? In house time at night? Avg census? Just curious, these are the questions people will want to know anyways.
