250/256 is how much of a competitive score for IM with no visa issues?

Hello everyone! Can you guys please tell me how much competitive is 250/256 for match in internal medicine. And what are the chances for top 50 programs if CV is improved by clinical and one year research experience. No visa issues as well. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Your scores alone are obviously very competitive. If you did not earn acceptance to a top 50 program it would almost assuredly be for a different reason.
