If I could give any word of advice, after you've interviewed here, get off of this forum! I was in the exact same spot as many of you last year and seeing what is happening to other people in the cycle will be of ZERO benefit to you. Checking this page daily or even multiple times a day is not helping your self-esteem. Seeing that others have heard back will only dishearten you if you haven't. Be patient, and trust the process.
If you've received the "are you still interested" survey, there is a good chance that you will be getting an interview invite before the cycle is over (I'm not saying 100% but the odds are good).
If you are on the waitlist, High Priority and quartile rankings will come out after interviews are over, very likely not until into April.
People are still getting accepted off of the interview dates which means that there are likely still plenty of spots because usually by now all interviews are for a spot on the alternate list.
Keep your heads up and enjoy the time you have left, you've put in the work, and it is now out of your hands and all you can do is wait and see (it only gets worse when applying to away rotations, residencies, and beyond). That acceptance text message one random afternoon will be so much more fulfilling when you don't expect it!
